Fortunately, the problem was solved.
It had a simple solution,
I copied the private key of the last part of the ovpn file from under <key> and 
pasted it into another file and saved it with the "key" extension; In the last 
step, after inserting the ovpn file, I put the key file in the last place 
(called "User private key") and successfully turned on the VPN.
