bug#47164: Cuirass specification complains about missing guix channel when a non-guix channel gets a new commit alone

Ludo experienced the same issue. I fixed it with

ac29d37e2ffd7a85adfcac9be4d5bce018289bec and updated the Cuirass package

accordingly.
