More important (real error): the option `--profile` seems to need a `=` after it, so the fifth line (`guix pull --channels=channel-specs.scm --profile "$GUIX_EXTRA/my-project/guix"`) gives problems without. It works normally with the correction: `guix pull --channels=channel-specs.scm --profile="$GUIX_EXTRA/my-project/guix"`
