I still think it’s a kind of bug but (1) it’s possible to workaround
when using guix-daemon option --gc-keep-derivations and
--gc-keep-outputs and (2) no much interest after 1371 days…

Therefore, I’m closing.  Feel free to reopen on Codeberg mentioning this
one. :-)
