bug#59775: Conda requires coreutils as a runtime dependency

This problem seems to be solved, so the ticket can be closed.
Nevertheless, I've added it to the list of conda-problems listed in 
https://codeberg.org/guix/guix/issues/5269 so we will not loose it in 
case it turns out to still be a problem.
