Hello all, I have had a look at the branch and somewhat "simplified" it by pushing commits that just add a package to the master branch. So far things look good, and the update of ruby-msgpack has probably been useful. But before rebasing there were a few more ruby-* packages marked as blocking on this page: https://data.qa.guix.gnu.org/revision/9efd0e566fa9b1d48e1e21cbff367a1aa58fc91b/blocking-builds that is, failing to build and having a certain number of dependents.
But with gnome-team essentially finished, ruby-team is starting in the background, and it could be worthwhile to observe this page of blocking packages. If such blockers are already "repaired" in a pull request, I would be happy to have a look and apply it; otherwise it would be good to propose solutions. Andreas
