Details:
After updating to Ghostscript 8.71, gv fails to display PDFs, complaining:
"Error /undefined in copy_trailer_attrs", etc. The error seems to go away when
I uncheck the "respect document structure" item in "State", but this means
that I won't be able to see what pages exist anymore, etc.
Is this a known problem?
