Follow-up Comment #1, bug #44016 (project gv):
The bindings were restored in the git source on 29 Jun 2014.

The changes are in gv/src/gv_misc_res.dat If you can not rebuild the
executable, you can still modify the bindings by adding them to $HOME/.gv
