participate in its development.
Could you please advise me on the official process for becoming a contributor?
Specifically, I would like to know:
Whether I need to register an account on Savannah or join any mailing list
before submitting patches.
The preferred way to submit code contributions (e.g., via merge requests, email
patches, or the bug tracker).
