If i use hello -g TEST, it prints TEST, but in case i combine this
    option with -t or -n

I changed the code so that the last greeting option (-g, -t, -n)
specified wins.

Perhaps I should add another option for the default greeting and/or
tweak the help message, but it didn't seem worth waking up the
translators for.

I uploaded a new pretest to
http://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/hello/hello-2.3.92.tar.gz.

Thanks,
Karl
