adds copyright updates to files touched this year, Sorry to continue to be such a curmudgeon, but it seems like pointless bureaucracy to me to require a "review" for such a "patch". Just causes confusion and redundant reports, as it has here. It is not (supposed to be) optional to update copyright years and it is obviously trivial. Just do it :).
