internationalization

hi i'm using Archlinux, i 'm trying  to make hello display message to my 
language (el_GR.UTF-8) with no luck. I tried building with --enable-nls 
option with no luck. Ubuntu's binary ( 
http://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/hello ) works as expected. Any idea 
what to do?
