Are you sure that PC value was right?  0x146d82 is in the middle of an
instruction.  0x146d83 might be the instruction.  What does "p/a 0x1a1134"
give you?  That sure looks like current_thread()->pcb is null, which I
don't think should ever happen.  You might have some random memory
clobberation going on the kernel.
