Thanks for your help. I was completely wrong with my Makefile.in. I have started everything from the beginning. I rebuild oskit-20020317 after applying all patches. Then I rebuild gnumach with the original CVS Makefile.in and the command "make kernel-ide+floppy"... everything compiled with no problem.
Now I can boot with the oskit-mach.gz :-)) I still don't know what was wrong the first time i compiled gnumach... Anyway, next time I will RTFM before sending a mail to the list :-)) Bye Laurent Gualdi Le Samedi 21 Décembre 2002 17:16, vous avez écrit : > --- Laurent Gualdi <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Hello everybody. > > I've just download Gnumach source file from the CVS and try to compile > > it. > > > > I had some problem with the command "make kernel-ide+floppy". > > Make stopped and told me that it couldn't find the target > > kernel-ide+floppy. > > > > I had to modify the makefile.in to make it work. > > > > Here is a diff of my Makefile.in. > > What version of make are you using? > > > Can you tell me if it is correct ? > > > > I still have problem with the end of the compilation > > ( link problem with function 'panic', 'smalloc', ... in the oskit lib ) > > but it > > is another problem :-)) > > What platform are you compiling on?
