Rather, there is disagreement over what the assignment means. I really believe that FSF intends "changes and enhancements to the Program" to mean what was actually *committed*, and not changes you could have in your own private repository. Meaning: you only have to say what should be commited to decide what is covered by the assignment. I also believe it is so because FSF does not need more than that, so I don't see why it would ask for more than that. Samuel
