Summary: Website postfix is " - GNU" when it should be " - GNU Hurd" Project: The GNU Hurd Submitted by: muto Submitted on: Mon 25 Mar 2019 03:11:05 PM MDT Category: None Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: None Status: None Privacy: Public Assigned to: None Originator Name: MutoShack Originator Email: sh...@muto.ca Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Reproducibility: Every Time Size (loc): None Planned Release: None Effort: 0.00 Wiki-like text discussion box: I think this is important, as many search engines index results based on their <title> tag. Not having the word "Hurd" somewhere in the title makes it appear lower down in the results, and makes it harder for people to find what they're actually looking for. _______________________________________________________ Details: When the Hurd Wiki pages are indexed by search engines, it's hard to tell if they're actually on the Hurd Wiki. For example: If someone searches for the page /running/debian/qemu_image, they will see something like this indexed: "Debian's QEMU Image - GNU" When it should be something more like: "Debian's QEMU Image - GNU Hurd" _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?56000> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
