[PATCH 0/2 gnumach] Optional HPET

Hi,

This makes the HPET an optional component by fixing the pit one-shot
mode and replacing the hpet_udelay() function with pit_udelay() in smp
critical sections.

TESTED: Passes same CI stages as before
