[PATCH v2 0/4 incubator] Updated and tested smbfs working

Hi,

This patchset supercedes the previous one I mailed yesterday.

TESTED: This is able to mount a samba 3.11 share smb://linuxbox/test 
from GNU/Linux using:

        touch c
        settrans -a c ./smbfs -w WORKGROUP -u username -p password -r test -s 
linuxbox
