Hei,

I used indent on a number of C files and the result was that it put ^M's
(without the 's) everywhere in *some* files. I then ran indent again with
other argument lines but it didn't get better. The argument I used is: -kr
-bl -bli1 -bls -nce -l80 -prs -sob -nut -ts4 *.c *.h

Stupid as I am, I deleted the backup files. I know. Anyway, with this email
should come a file called "string.c" as an example of how it looks!

How can I remove those ^M's again? Why did this happen?

Best regards,
M. S.
