Below are the contents of the doc directory in the 2.2.9 and 2.2.10
releases of indent.
As you can see, both contain indent.html, which is the whole manual as a
single page. Thus no changes on this front.
As you say, if other variants are desired, texi2html is needed.
The page-per-item manual is also available on the website
indent.isidore-it.eu.
I have already requested the gnu people to put v2.2.10 on the gnu website.
