Yes, I will. It can make testing easier, but at the same time it makes
working with CVS way more difficult. In particular, it renders
cvs diff almost useless (it spits out too much irrelevant information
about diffs in configure et al). I believe it is easy enough to run
autoreconf from time to time, especially given that Makefile machinery
does it automatically for most changes.
