Hey, Typical, I wanted to upload the test candidate to alpha, but I don't have a machine where I can use my gpg key, so I can't do the upload at this time. I made some minor fixes which make things build cleanly now (make release, and what not), I didn't do any testing of the stuff though. Does anyone have their gpg key at hand to upload a test release to alpha?
Can we remove README-alpha since it is just a pain in the neck; automake considers `MAJOR.MINOR.ALPHA' to be alpha releases and will include README-alpha in such tarballs, but we use the ALPHA field for minor-minor releases. We could also change the version number scheme to do it the GNITS way, MAJOR.MINOR for real releases, and MAJOR.MINOR.ALPHA for alpha releases. I'd prefer the later. What do people think (this should preferbly be done before a release, since it is such a minor change). Cheers. _______________________________________________ Bug-inetutils mailing list [email protected] http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-inetutils
