Thanks.  Adding me would make it easier to keep the Shishi stuff up to
date.  I intend to support it, but Shishi is a somewhat moving target.
(Well, actually not that moving target given that this 3-4 year old
code still works with minimal patching.)

Yes, I don't know why it says that.  I have signed papers for
InetUtils.  Feel free to change it.
