Follow-up Comment #6, sr #104441 (project inetutils):
Hello,
I added the code and removed what the patch changed:
here is the output:
./ping www.google.com
PING www.l.google.com (64.233.167.99): 48 data bytes
&tv1: -53552 tp: 2136700 tv1: 056 bytes from 64.233.167.99: icmp_seq=0

--- www.l.google.com ping statistics ---
5 packets transmitted, 5 packets received, 0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 22.707/25.538/31.355/3.065 ms
I added code that prints out the variables before the memcpy.
I use a Sun Ultra60 with UltraSPARC II's. Just using this in a pure 64bit
build with cross-lfs.
Sincerely,
William Harrington
