This series of small patches add argp_* argument parsing to some of the tools which still use getopt() for argument parsing.
In most cases, changes are directly related to argp'fying. Otherwise, will be mentioned. Tools patched: ftpd, telnetd, telnet, rlogind, rlogin, rshd, rcp All changes are based on conventions defined in other argp-fied tools.
