I cannot speak of others, but I suspect systematic testing of InetUtils
is minimal. It would help a lot if we had more self tests, then we can
automate things on a number of platforms. I have access to GNU/Linux
Debian/Ubuntu/gNewSense systems and Mac OS X 10.4 ppc and Mac OS X 10.5
x86.

Personally, I'd rather see more systematic and automatic testing rather
than require more manual testing of patches, since the latter tends to
slow down development.
