When trying to update inetutils from 2.4 to 2.5 on a new Linux distribution,
it suddenly fails when building with clang.

There are a few "error: use of undeclared identifier 'PATH_TTY_PFX'", "error:
use of undeclared identifier 'PATH_DEVNULL'" & error: use of undeclared
identifier 'PATH_WTMPX'. I don't know if the `paths` file is not correctly
loaded or why they are undeclared.

Looks like KaOS stumbled upon the same issue, since they switched to building
with gcc again:
https://github.com/KaOSx/core/commit/9dac574bf3f68549ab5b21b3f44dd1d960feee14#diff-7ee83f85a4337f272c4ea1bd04e9241a8cdb954b9e8daebcc997836a8ead9eceL27-L28

Would be great if this could be fixed, thanks!
