I'm using latest LibreJS (4.9.2) with Nightly on W32.

It seems that LibreJS is responsible for mangling non-ascii text on
some pages. Whether LibreJS allows or disallows scripts on the page is
irrelevant - it's mangled either way (although the way it's mangled
changes slightly). Disabling LibreJS extension completely also removes
the mangling.

Page that shows no problems: [1]
Page that is mangled: [2]

Both pages do use cp1251 explicitly.

I've tried both the latest LibreJS extension available via Firefox
search-and-install feature, as well as Bazaar r1067 (the dev
subdirectory) - same thing.
