When I made a github issue for tagging jQuery scripts for LibreJS[1] it
came up that at least one of the developers would want a technical
overview of how LibreJS works. This does not mean a manual.

I think this would be good for alternate implementations (especially for
other browsers).

The reason I made the issue on github is that so many sites use jQuery
so it would be better to fix it at the source rather than every site
that uses it separately tagging it as free. Even some FSF sites[2]
haven't tagged it.

This was brought to my attention by the same IRC user (joq) who
complained about the signing.
