Hello, I am a member of the gnu.org French translation team [0], and also try to update obsolete features in web pages to make future style improvement easier. "Setting Your JavaScript Free" [1] is one of the few gnu.org pages that still have a translation list below the navigation bar -- you don't see it because it is suppressed. I propose to upgrade it to boilerplate 1.79 [2]. This would give the opportunity to fix minor XHTML errors. In the home page [3], the footer could also be updated. See the attached patch.
