[Bug-librejs] Disable for a particular tab

Unfortunately some pages like Internet banking or shopping web sites do 
not play well with whitelisting scripts, they just load new ones. I 
think it would be nice to have a button to disable GNU LibreJS for a 
particular browser tab.
