I've stumbled across the page,

and I attempted to download and continue to seed the magnet links of the
torrents.
However, a few of them appear to have no seeders, and I've been attempting
to download them for a few days:

* upl-1.0.txt
* freebsd.txt
* Boost-1.0.txt
* wtfpl.txt
* cpal-1.0.txt
* epl-1.0.txt
Anyone happen to have the original files in the format that was used to
create these magnet links?
I don't *need* the files as I could find them elsewhere, but I was looking
for random free and public domain torrents I could help host.
