Advertising server-side code license

I've seen https://www.gnu.org/software/librejs/free-your-javascript.html 
and https://www.gnu.org/software/librejs/index.html .

I'd be interested for there to be a formal means of advertising and 
identifying--from within HTML--the license type of server code (e.g., 
not only AGPL, but that would be one example).
