I have been seeding FOSS and related torrents and have had some trouble with a few of the licenses mentioned on this page: https://www.gnu.org/software/librejs/manual/html_node/Free-Licenses-Detectio n.html I have most of the popular licenses, but a few of them seem to have died. It seems like no peers in the DHT have the metadata for some of the magnet link's infohash. By any chance does someone have the .torrent files saved or can reseed these licenses listed below? If not, I may be able to reconstruct the infohash with some effort, the files are luckily very small and most of these probably fit in a single piece or 2.
