libtool-1.5.20 is already released, see here: http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/libtool/2005-08/msg00158.html download it from your favorite GNU mirror. cygwin's version of libtool-1.5.20 should also be released already. We are working with the maintainer on the remaining differences, but the bug you reported should be fixed in that version, too.
