I managed to compile the current cvs under Mandrake 9 beta 1.
I had to comment-out all the routines in lexer.cc containing "cin"
"cout" and "cerr".
Got a flood of other warnings, but compilation ended with a yummy
executable of about 2.4 Mb.
I started fiddling with some examples of the tutorial and everything
seems to work... so I'm hoping to progress from bug-lilypond to
user-lilypond now :-)
