Saying \lilypondfile[noindent]{foo.ly} fails (where `foo.ly' isn't a
fragment but a complete .ly file without a \paper block). Reason is
that an `indent' keyword in a global \paper block (i.e., not inside of
\score) inserted by lilypond-book is ignored by LilyPond.
BTW, the same is true for a global `linewidth' parameter. It seems
that there is something broken...
I suggest that parameters given in a global \paper block override the
same parameters of a \paper block within \score.
