It still happens in 1.6.4 (official Debian release). Also, to me the bug looks quite systematic: A slightly larger example where it also happens is the entire non-stripped score of the same canzonetta from Mozart's Don Giovanni (available at Mutopia, http://www.mutopiaproject.org/cgibin/piece-info.cgi?id=189). Clefs disappear on all staves except the last one in each system, except on the first system of the first page, which is intact, and the first system on the last page, which is intact except that the top of the uppermost G clef is cut off.
