Hi, I'm using the Debian "woody" package of Lilypond 2.0.
A strange thing happens when I load a .ly file into XEmacs21.4. Pressing C-Space to set the mark (i.e. start highlighting the region) results in the region NOT being highlighted, although it is still active and functions OK (it's just not visible). However, clicking and dragging with the mouse DOES highlight correctly. This non-appearance of the region persists even AFTER the lilypond buffer has been killed (it's a problem in ANY buffer). I have to exit and restart XEmacs to get it back to normal. This is really annoying. I've had a quick look through the .el sources and can't see anything obvious, although lilypond-mode.el does play with the "mark" quite a bit - it might be something to do with that. (Is there any way to check which global variables it's changed?)
