I assume from Amy's comment below that there is not currently a way to append arbitrary text to a chord symbol... so I'd like to officially file this as a feature request.
My immediate application would be for modal "chord" symbols, e.g. to label a section "D Dorian" and have the D get transposed when lily does the transposition for various instruments. I'm sure I can find a workaround to make it look how I want, but having the new feature would no doubt make it easier :-) thanks, -- Niki On Tuesday 11 November 2003 10:35 am, Amelie Zapf wrote: > Hi Stephan, all, > > > I'm using lilypond to lay out a Jazz piece.
