I know that it is usually per<space>..., but syntactical expressions don't 
follow standard grammar usually, and this is one of those times. I assumed 
that per-minute, per_minute, perMinute, or another syntax was preferred over 
normal grammar due to spacing it distracting from the fact that it is one 
parameter. I brought it up to begin with since perminute doesn't emphasize 
that it is more than one word to begin with.
