Under "Changing defaults", there are two subtopics "Fonts" and "Font size".
Under "Fonts" there is a topic "Selecting font sizes":

* Font selection
# Text markup
* Overview of text markup commands
# Global layout
* Vertical spacing
* Horizontal Spacing
# Font size
* Line breaking
* Page layout
* Defining contexts
* Defining new contexts
Now the "Font size" topics have nothing to do with font sizes, but rather with
global layout. And "Font size" has to do with both global layout and with
fonts.
Perhaps it should be like arranged like this?
# Global layout
* Vertical spacing
* Horizontal Spacing
* Font size
* Line breaking
* Page layout
* Defining contexts
* Defining new contexts
Also, would be nice with a See Also: link from Selecting-font-sizes.html to
"Font size".
