There's only one problem: all \repeat parts either appear as blanks in the MIDI, or they are just truncated to the first occurence of the repeat (so if I have \repeat unfold 5 {}, there's just one in the MIDI output).
Another question I have is regarding the drum MIDI output, It does great things, but since I added a few drum notes, I have no idea how to map those to sounds. The MIDI instrument list in the lilypond documentation does not seem to list drum parts, is there a place to look for that ?
