I just ran this with v2.3.3.hwn1:

I got unexpected results. As far as I can tell, the only measures that
were error free in the output were the first and last measures. In
measure two there was no flat marking 'ges'. In measure three there was
also no flat for the 'ges'. In measure four there was not a single
accidental. There should be one for the 'ges' and for the first 'es'.
I thought that the default accidental placement should have done as "I
expected". Bug, or a problem with my wetware?
