Hello, there is a little typo on the page http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.2/Documentation/user/out-www/lilypond/Relative-octaves.html#Relative%20octaves: there fails a "be" in the penultimate sentence...
To parse the note name as a pitch, it must _be_ surrounded by \notes . Though this may seem picky, I think every little bit is an aprovement... Greetings.
