what does say
set | grep TEXMF
I get
TEXMF='{/usr/share/lilypond/2.5.15,{/home/hankwang/texmf,!!/usr/local/share/texmf,!!/usr/share/texmf}}'
(did you source lilypond-profile?)
as a crutch, you may copy lilypond.map into the working directory.
