If you provide a copy of the output of
lilypond --verbose yourfile.ly
then it might be easier to figure out what goes wrong.
Did you, by chance, update your teTeX installation from
version 2 to version 3?

I reported earlier that the multi-measure rest numbers were wrong. It's
not just the rest numbers. It is also time signatures as well. Same
story; a sans-serif font is being substituted. This is happening in
latest CVS (ChangeLog 1.3413).

Should be fixed in CVS.

Any idea why upgrading my Debian sid would change the title and markup
default fonts to a simple sans-serif. This drastically reduces the
usefulness of Pedro's 2.4.2 lilypond-snapshot packages which is about
all I can use now unless I build from CVS.
