Hi there,
I recently discovered LilyPond, so I'm still learning. I tried to have
the text 'pi� mosso' instead of 'piu mosso' printed above a note using
either ^"Pi� mosso" or ^\markup { "Pi� mosso" }, but LilyPond seems not
to be able to handle this special character when writing to pdf. All
music on the page disappears after this statement, and continues
normally on the next page.
