Please send bug reports to bug-lilypond.org. Since I don't have all the required .ly files, I can't reproduce your error. What happens if you remove a few lines in the beginning of the document? Does the error still occur when compiling `SwatijBozje06.ly', or does it occur later? Also, which OS are you using?
