Try something like this:

\clef "tenor"
\key a \major

a4 b csharp dsharp
e dsharp c b

\bar "||"
\key e \major

a b csharp dsharp
e dsharp c b

Note the key cancellation. The naturals negating A Major corresponding to C and G are OK. The F natural, though, is an octave higher than the sharp following it. i.e., I see this in tenor clef:

Let N = natural, # = sharp

-N----------------------
          N
----N-----------#-------

------------------------
       N           #
-------------#----------

------------------------

Is this right? Admittedly my score collection has few spots in which tenor clef and key changes like this meet, so I can't confirm or deny via precedence. If there's a logic to this, though, I'm missing it.
